Return Eligibility

You can requesta return if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• There is a size issue (conditions apply)

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed products
• Items without original tags

Return Process

• Contact us via WhatsApp or Email
• Provide order details and product images
• Our team will review and confirm the return
• Send the product back or arrange pickup (if available)

Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed after product inspection
• Once approved, refund will be issued within 5–7 working days

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is available for:
  Size issues
• Defective or incorrect products

(Subject to stock availability)

 Delivery Charge

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120

For Returns/Exchanges:

• Customer-related reasons (size change, change of mind) → delivery charge applicable
• If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product) → free of charge
